Information Technology Assessments

Technology Assessments are normally initiated by the client in anticipation of a major business changes. Less frequently, but with greater urgency, TMCO is engaged due to client senior management having become disillusioned with their IT organization’s ability to meet the needs of the business. TMCO’s approach to these assessments is to work with the client to define the scope of change or perceived problem. We then interview both IT management and the business partners, as our experience has proven that perceived problems may not be limited to the IT organization. Subsequently, we perform in-depth reviews of each IT organization in order to access the processes, tools, technologies and staff. The end result is an IT Assessment report, with recommendations and detailed plans for implementation of required changes.
