Operational Improvement Programs
TMCO assists clients in reengineering business processes, which are typically driven by a planned merger, back office consolidation, major technology upgrade, regulatory mandate, or operational efficiency improvements required to meet existing and future service commitments. TMCO initially works with the client to understand the issues/requirements and potential impact. Working with the clients’ organization, the business and technical requirements are documented which form the basis for the “Target Operating Model”. Next, we review current business processes, input and output streams, functions performed, processing times, and the current technologies in use. Upon completion of the analysis, the “Target Operating Model” architecture is recommended and, following client approval, an Operational Improvement Program plan is developed.
