Line Management
TMCO has performed interim line management for a number of major corporations. These assignments are normally short in duration, six to twelve months, and for a specific position within the Information Technology organization. Our experience has shown that these assignments go hand-in-hand when major changes are occurring in the organization, or when a specific area is having problems and needs the immediate infusion of a seasoned professional.
